This website is operated by ADSE Apparel (“ADSE”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products and services to you.

In addition, by using our messaging features you agree to our Messaging Terms and Messaging Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Your content (excluding payment details) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Credit card information is always encrypted.

We may provide access to tools and links from third parties. We do not monitor or control these and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Use is at your own risk.

By submitting comments, ideas, or content to us, you grant us the right to use, edit, and distribute them without restriction. You must not infringe third-party rights or upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading material.

  • Australia & New Zealand: Rights under the Australian Consumer Law and NZ Fair Trading Act.

  • UK & EU: 14-day “cooling-off” period for most online purchases, starting the day after delivery, plus other rights under consumer protection legislation.

These Terms, along with our policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and ADSE Apparel.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. However, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence, including UK, EU, or NZ consumer protection laws.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
