At ADSE, every order is prepared with care and shipped from our fulfilment centre in London, UK. We partner with trusted carriers to offer both Standard and Express delivery worldwide — so you can choose the option that works best for you.

 


📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with full tracking details.

 


🌍 Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

United Kingdom

  • Standard: 2–5 business days

  • Express: 1–2 business days

Europe (EU Zone)

  • Standard: 4–8 business days

  • Express: 2–4 business days

Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard: 7–12 business days

  • Express: 4–6 business days

Rest of World

  • Standard: 7–14 business days

  • Express: 5–8 business days

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are shown at checkout and depend on the option you choose:

  • Standard Shipping – affordable, reliable tracked service

  • Express Shipping – faster delivery with full tracking priority

All shipping costs are displayed in your local currency before checkout is completed.

 


📦 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once they reach your country.

  • These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • ADSE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 


🚫 Failed Deliveries & Address Errors

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

  • If you no longer want the order, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost.

 


🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • Every ADSE order is shipped with tracking included.

  • You’ll receive your tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
