We want you to shop with complete confidence. That’s why every ADSE product is covered by our 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied, simply return your item for a refund or store credit — the choice is yours.

How it works:

  • Available within 45 days of delivery.

  • Applies to every product — full price, discounted, or on sale.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

🔁 Exchanges

  • Available within 45 days of delivery.

  • Customer covers the cost of returning the item.

  • ADSE covers the cost of shipping your replacement back to you.

  • Exchanges are available for:

    • The same item in a different size or colour (subject to availability).

    • A higher-value product (with the difference paid by the customer).

We do not process returns via email.

 



📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Have all tags attached

  • Be free of deodorant marks, stains, pet hair, or odours

  • Be returned in protective packaging to avoid damage in transit

⚠️ Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender.

 



🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product care, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks and undergarments

  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, or odour

  • Items returned outside the 45-day window

 



🧾 Refund Deductions (Return Shipping Fee)

When requesting a refund instead of store credit or exchange, a return shipping fee is deducted based on your location:

This fee helps offset warehouse and logistics handling costs.

👉 Store credit and exchanges are not subject to deductions.
👉 Warranty claims are fully covered by ADSE.



⏱️ Processing Times

  • Returns may take up to 14 business days to reach us depending on your courier.

  • Once received and inspected, your:

    • Exchange or store credit will be processed within 48 hours

    • Refunds are processed (minus return shipping costs, if applicable).

  • You’ll receive email confirmation at every step.

 



🔧 1-Year Warranty

Every ADSE product is backed by our 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your product develops a fault:

  1. Contact returns@adseapparel.com with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos.

  2. If approved, ADSE will offer a replacement or full refund.

  3. For approved warranty claims, ADSE covers all shipping costs.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by washing machines.

 



📮 Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping

  • Please use tracked postage and keep a copy of your tracking ID

  • Items remain your responsibility until received and confirmed by our warehouse
