At ADSE Apparel, we want you to shop with confidence. In addition to our own Refund & Returns Policy, your purchase is protected by consumer laws in your country of residence.
Below is a summary of your rights under key consumer laws. Nothing in our policies limits these rights.
Australia & New Zealand

You are protected by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

You have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.

These rights apply automatically, regardless of our store policy.
United Kingdom

You are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related UK consumer protection laws.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases. This means you can change your mind, cancel your order, and return items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund (excluding certain items such as underwear if hygiene seals are broken).

You also have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.
European Union (Germany, Netherlands, Estonia, and other EU countries)
You are protected by the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases, starting the day after you receive your order. You can cancel and return items within this period for a refund (with some exceptions, e.g. for hygiene reasons).
You also have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.
How to exercise your rights
To cancel or return an order within your statutory period, please email support@adseapparel.com with your order number.
If you believe your product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as required by law.
