We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please send us an email to orders@adseapparel.com and state the reasons you're unsatisfied with the product. If the claim is eligible for a return, you can return it to us free of charge. 

It is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. Please note: The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use.

Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund or exchange within 48 hours. Orders can be returned within 30 days once delivered for an exchange or store credit.

Full price items can be returned within 15 days once delivered for a refund. Refund requests will have a $11.90 shipping fee deducted from the refund of the total return

Step 1: Simply choose the colour and size of the item and select 'Add to Cart Button', then repeat for other items you wish to order.

Step 2: Click on your cart and begin the checkout.

Step 3: Check on your order summary to ensure your colour and sizes of each item are correct (add discount code in this step).

Step 4: Add your personal information such as, name, delivery address, email and phone number. Make sure all information is correct before finalising.

Step 5:The final step is payment. We have multiple secure payment options available. Make sure all payment information is correct before finalising.

We offer shipping to anywhere within Australia. However, there are rare instances where we are unable to ship to you. If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know.
